How to knit a scarf on a long loom

In the photo, you can see we are wrapping using two medium weight yarns as if they are one yarn. This means to put the first row of yarn on the loom. When you first take your knitted scarf off of a loom, you might find that it is irregular in shape, or that part of it curls or bends in an unattractive way. Beginning with the peg closest to the anchor peg, wrap around it.

True to its name, the no-wrap stitch only requires the loom to be wrapped for the first row.

The photo on the left is a scarf I made myself using the Knifty Knitter pink long loom and one strand of Peaches 'N Creme black cotton worsted weight yarn. Just pinch the end of the yarns together and treat them as if they are only one yarn. The folks I bought it from said it should not be plugged in right away. Right click on the shape and select Format Shape On the right panel choose Picture or texture fill and browse for a picture File. The second step to every loom knitting project, including a scarf, is to cast on. After that, there is no wrapping.
